Born in 1889 in Tbilisi; Georgian; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1907, "national deviator". On December 7, 1928, he was sentenced by the Special Conference of the OGPU Collegium under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the Georgian SSR to exile to Central Asia for a term of 3 years. In 1936, he lived in Tbilisi, at 4 Mikha Tskhakaya Street . He worked as deputy chairman of the Council of Industrial Cooperatives. He was arrested by the 3rd department of the UGB NKVD of the Georgian SSR on August 30, 1936. He was sentenced on July 11, 1937 by the Military Commission of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR under Art. 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the Georgian SSR to capital punishment with confiscation of personal property. He was executed on July 12, 1937. Rehabilitated by the Military Commission of the USSR Armed Forces on August 10, 1957.
