Born in 1887 in the village of Verkhnyaya Teberda; in 1905 he graduated from the Stavropol boys' gymnasium and entered the Oriental faculty of the St. Petersburg Imperial University. For revolutionary activities, he was expelled in his third year, arrested, and exiled to the North Caucasus under police supervision. In the village of Verkhnyaya Teberda, he created the first Bolshevik party organization in Karachay . In 1918, with the beginning of the establishment of Soviet power in Karachay-Cherkessia, he played a key role in organizing Red Guard detachments and strengthening the Soviets. From 1921 - member of the executive committee of the Council of Working Mountain Deputies of the Karachay Okrug. Killed in May 1921, buried in the cemetery of Verkhnyaya Teberda.
