Born in 1894 in the village of Kazanskoye, Bologovsky district, Kalinin region; Russian; member of the CPSU (b) in 1912-1937; delegate of the XVII Congress of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Manager of Lenenergo. Lived in Leningrad, Kirovsky pr., 26/28, apt. 15. Arrested 07/05/1937. Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR, visiting session in Leningrad, 09.09.1937 under Art. 58-7-8-11 Criminal Code of the RSFSR to VMN. Shot 09/09/1937. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on May 12, 1956.
