Benois Denis Nikolaevich
Genus. in 1917 in Petrograd. Lived with his parents in Leningrad, st. Glinki, 15/37, apt. 3. By resolution of a special meeting of the NKVD of the USSR dated March 23, 1935, together with his father, mother and brother, he was exiled from Leningrad to Atbasar, Karaganda region, for a period of 5 years. By the decision of a special meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on April 16, 1936, the exile of Benoit Denis and Nikolai was canceled, after which the brothers returned to Leningrad. All family members in this case were rehabilitated by a resolution of the Leningrad City Court dated December 7, 1956. 01/13/1942 Denis Benois was sentenced by the military tribunal of the NKVD troops of the Voronezh region under Art. 58-10 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years in prison with loss of rights for 3 years and with confiscation of all property personally belonging to him. Imprisoned in Kazan from 12/16/1941 to 12/16/1949. The conviction was cleared on May 23, 1957 by the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR. Died 03.11.1977.
