Ermakov Georgy Ivanovich
Genus. 04/28/1931 in the village of Demyanov , Dubrovsky district, Bryansk region; Russian; higher education. In 1943 he was taken to Germany (Augsburg), worked as an orderly in the infirmary. Released by American troops in 1945, returned to Bryansk. From 1948 he lived in Leningrad. Radio engineer, Art. engineer at the Central Research Institute of the Marine Fleet. Arrested 04/20/1974 for letters against Solzhenitsyn's deportation to Literaturnaya Gazeta. Sentenced by the Leningrad City Court on 07/09/1974 under Art. 70 h. 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for 4 years of the penitentiary. In custody in the Perm camps - VS-389/35, 389/37. Pardoned by decree of the PVS of the RSFSR of May 31, 1977. Released 06/14/1977. He was rehabilitated on February 17, 1992 by the conclusion of the prosecutor's office of St. Petersburg. After his release, he lived in the city of Lyubertsy, Moscow Region. He worked as an engineer at the Central Communications and Radio Navigation Center of the Ministry of River Fleet of the RSFSR. Arrested on 22 (28?) 12/1981. Sentenced by the Moscow City Court on July 14, 1982 under Art. 70 h. 2 and art. 196 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 4 years and 6 months of penal colony and 5 years of exile. In custody in the Perm camps - VS-389/35, 389/37, in exile - in the Karakalpak ASSR of the UzSSR. Released in 1987 by pardon. Lived in Leningrad, member of the Memorial Society since 1988. Died 08/20/2012 in St. Petersburg. He was buried at the Northern Cemetery on August 25, 2012.
