Genus. in 1950 in the ESSR, Tallinn; Estonian; education 10th grade; maintenance worker of the housing department of the City Executive Committee. Lived in Pärnu, ESSR.Arrested on October 20, 1980. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the ESSR on May 15, 1981 under Article 68, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the ESSR to 4 years of penal colony and 2 years of exile. He served his term in Dubravlag and Perm camps, and exile in the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. Released in June 1986. In 2010, he emigrated with his wife from Estonia to Spain.
