Godes Anri Mikhailovich
Genus. in 1935 in Leningrad. After his parents’ arrest, he and his brother stayed with his mother’s friends, then lived with his grandmother. After his grandmother was deported in 1938, he ended up in a special orphanage “for children of enemies of the people” in Strelna. In July 1941 he was evacuated with an orphanage to the Yaroslavl region. In 1946, he began to correspond with his mother, who was in prison. In 1947 he came to his mother in Kyiv, after she was expelled from Kyiv in 1951, he moved to Boguslav and graduated from school. In 1953 he returned to Leningrad. He entered the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute of Railway Transport, graduated in 1958. He worked for 2 years on the railway, then at the Elektrosila plant, and from 1968 at the Leningrad Optical-Mechanical Association. Currently retired.
