Genus. in 1891 in the village of Podzamche, Kamenets-Podolsk district, Podolsk province; Pole; secondary education; b/p. In 1928 he lived in Leningrad, worked as an engineer in the Department of Sewerage and Pavements of the City Committee for Economy; arrested 12/29/1928; sentenced by the OS at the Kogpu on May 24, 1929 under Art. 58-10 for deportation to Voronezh for 3 years. Released on July 29, 1929. In 1930 he lived in Leningrad, worked as a planning engineer for the Gorkomkhoz; arrested 11/21/1930; sentenced to Kogpu on August 18, 1931 under Art. 58-6 to 10 years in labor camp. Died 12/13/1944. Rehabilitated in the 1930 case by the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Leningrad Military District on July 31, 1989.
