Grigalashvili Nodari Nikolaevich

Born in 1931. Grigalati, Ordzhonikidzovsky district, Georgian SSR; Georgian; b/p; drainageist of mine-22 of the Shchekinugol trust, Tula region. Lived in the Tula region, Lomintsevo village, Shchekinsky district. Arrested on 01/09/1959. Sentenced by the judicial panel for criminal cases of the Moscow City Court on 05/14/1959 under Art. 7 part 1, 9 of the USSR Law “On Criminal Liability for State Crimes” of December 25, 1958 (dissemination of deliberately false fabrications discrediting the Soviet political system) to imprisonment for a period of 7 years.
08/02/1962 Convicted by the Supreme Court of the MASSR under Article 188 Part 1 to 3 years of a penal colony with the addition of the unserved part of the previous term. Released 01/09/1969
