Grishin Oleg Mikhailovich

Lived in Kyiv, candidate of chemical sciences, worked at the Institute of Plant Physiology of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR. For refusing to testify against I. Ratushinskaya in 1983. sentenced under Art. 179 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 6 months of forced labor. Deprived of the degree of Candidate of Sciences by the Higher Attestation Commission at the request of the Academic Council of the Institute of Plant Physiology. In 1989, after the publication of an article in the Moscow News newspaper, the academic council of the Institute of Plant Physiology appealed to the USSR Higher Attestation Commission to return the title of Candidate of Chemical Sciences.
