Art. 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR as a participant in a criminal terrorist organization. By resolution of the OS under the NKVD of the USSR dated 09/02/1938, he was sentenced to 5 years in labor camp. He served his sentence in the Usolsky forced labor camp of the NKVD. Rehabilitated 12/16/1955.
