Genus. in 1875 in the village of Dubovyi Gai, Priluki district. Poltava province. (after 1932 - Priluki district, Chernigov region). Since 1918 he lived in Harbin. One of the founders and teachers of the Institute of Oriental and Commercial Sciences in Harbin (1925-1940). During the Second World War, he was an employee of the 2nd Department of the Japanese Military Mission. Arrested on 10/03/1945 UKR "SMERSH" of the 1st Far Eastern Front. On December 4, 1946, the USSR MGB sentenced him to 10 years in labor camp under Art. 58-4-6-11-13. Rehabilitated by the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Far Eastern Military District on September 20, 1993.
