Dulov Vasily Nikolaevich
Born 17.01.1903 in the village of Krestyanka, Pereyaslavsky district, Yaroslavl region (former Vladimir province); from the bourgeoisie; member of the All-Union Communist Party (bolsheviks) since 1920. In 1925 he graduated from the Krupskaya Komi Higher School, in 1933 - from the philosophy department of the Institute of Red Professors. Lived in the city of Leningrad, Kr. Svyazi Street, house 17/5, apt. 64. For several years he worked in the office of the first secretary of the provincial (regional) party committee S.M. Kirov (according to his son). Lecturer at the Communist Academy. Chairman of the Regional Council of the Union of Militant Atheists of the Leningrad Region and the City. Arrested on 20.04.1936 by the NKVD Directorate for the Leningrad Region. He was accused of participating in a Trotskyist-Zinovievist organization and conducting Trotskyist agitation (Articles 58-11 and 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR). Sentenced on September 10, 1936 by the Special Specialized Department of the NKVD of the USSR to 5 years in a labor camp. Released from the Vorkuta-Pechersky NKVD camp after serving his term. He left for the city of Yaroslavl. Rehabilitated by the decision of the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated May 7, 1955.
