Born in 1897 in St. Petersburg, German, no military service, former baron, second lieutenant in the tsarist army, secondary education, lived in Leningrad (ul. Khalturina, bldg. 31, apt. 5). Secretary of the Western Department of the State Hermitage Museum. Arrested on 02.11.1938 on charges of participating in a counter-revolutionary organization in the Hermitage (Articles 58-10, 11). The case was closed on 11.04.1939, Derviz was released from custody on 15.04.1939. He died on 02.04.1942.
