Sentenced by the Moscow City Court on October 11, 1968 under Art. 190-1, 190-3 by 3 years of ITC. Served his sentence in Lensk, Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. Sentenced by the Supreme Court of the Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in August 1971 under Art. 190-1. by 3 years of technical training. After his release in 1974, he emigrated to the USA.
