He came from the old princely family of the Dulovs. In 1906 he graduated from the Archaeological Institute in St. Petersburg, in 1913 from the Alexander Military Law Academy. In 1920 he was ordained a priest, served in the Trifonov Church in Moscow, then in the Annunciation Church in the village. Fedosino (Novoperedelkino) Moscow province, archpriest. In May 1922 he was arrested together with His Holiness Patriarch Tikhonov (Belavin). By resolution of the NKVD Commission on Administrative Expulsions dated January 23, 1923, he was sent into exile in the Komi Autonomous Region for 2 years. In exile he lived in the village. Kerchomya, Ust-Kulomsky district, Komi Autonomous Okrug. He returned to Moscow in May 1925 and served in the Trifonov Church. He joined the “Josephites” and was an assistant to Bishop Alexy (Buya) of Kozlovsky. In May 1928 he participated in a meeting of the Josephite leadership in Leningrad. He refused the rank of bishop offered by the Moscow Josephites. Since 1929 - priest of the Church of the Exaltation of the Cross on Vozdvizhenka in Moscow. Arrested 10/28/1928. Convicted on November 23, 1929 by the OSO at the OGPU Collegium under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in a concentration camp. He was imprisoned in the Solovetsky LON, where he arrived on December 4, 1929. In May 1930, he was brought to the investigation in the case of the “Buyevites” (followers of Bishop Alexy (Buy) in Voronezh. Transferred to Butyrskaya prison (Moscow). Gave a confession in the Voronezh case. Convicted on July 28, 1930 by a troika at the OGPU PP for the Central Black Sea Region in the case of the All-Union Center "True Orthodoxy" (Articles 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR) to 10 years in prison, but by a resolution of the OGPU Collegium of 09/03/1931 the sentence was changed to 5 years of suspended imprisonment, released. In 1937 - executive officer of the plant "gramophone record". Arrested on 09/20/1937. Convicted on 11/19/1937 by a troika at the NKVD of the Moscow region under Article 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to VMN. Shot at the Butovo training ground on 11/25/1937. Rehabilitated in the 1930 case on 09/07/1993.
