Arrested on 06/08/1920 in Rostov by the Yaroslavl Cheka, he remained under arrest for 3 weeks for protesting against the opening of the relics of the Rostov miracle workers. By resolution of the Presidium of the Cheka of July 26, 1920. sentenced to a suspended sentence of 1 year in a concentration camp. Arrested again in 1922, in 1926 he was exiled to the Modep Monastery. Arrested 09.11.1930 Cherepovets OGPU on charges of “participation in the counter-revolutionary organization of clergy “True Orthodox Church” on the territory of Ukraine,” Art. 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated September 3, 1931. imprisoned in a concentration camp for a period of 5 years with replacement by deportation to Kazakhstan for the same period. On June 24, 1937, he was arrested by the Mirzoyanovsky Regional People's Commissariat for Internal Affairs and placed in Chikmenta prison under Art. 58-10 and 11 of the Criminal Code. At a meeting of the UNKVD troika on November 19, 1937 in the South Kazakhstan region, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 20, 1937. Rehabilitated on January 16, 1989.
