Born in 1889 in Chisinau, Bessarabia, higher education (graduated from St. Petersburg Theological Seminary), lived on a farm. Nest of Oksochsky village, Okulovsky district, Leningrad (now Novgorod) region. In 1918 he was arrested by the Cheka and released a month later; he lived in Leningrad, Petrovsky Prospect, 25, apt. 3. Arrested again in 1930 by the OGPU and convicted under Art. 58-10 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for 10 years in prison. Served 6 years and 7 months, released early. Arrested on August 6, 1937. bodies of the NKVD, was kept in Borovichi prison. Charged under Art. 58-10 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By decision of the Special Troika of the NKVD of the Leningrad Region dated December 15, 1937 (protocol No. 235), he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on December 28, 1937 in the town of Borovichi, Novgorod region, rehabilitated on December 25, 1963. Rehabilitated on December 25, 1963.
