Arrested on February 28, 1938, charged under Art. 58-10, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By resolution of the troika of the NKVD of the KASSR dated 04/03/1938 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on April 8, 1938. By a resolution of the Presidium of the Supreme Court of the KASSR dated November 29, 1988, the case was dismissed for lack of corpus delicti.
