Genus. in 1891 in Perm, member of the RCP (b) since 1917. In 1918-1920. worked as the head of the Perm railway. In 1920-1921 - People's Commissar of Railways, in 1921-1922 - Deputy People's Commissar of Transport of the RSFSR. In 1923 he was sent to Germany to study new achievements in the field of railway construction. In 1924 he returned to the USSR and again began to manage the Perm Railway. In 1926, he was appointed manager of the Chinese Eastern Railway, and after the conflict with China, he was transferred to the position of head of the Moscow-Donbass railway. Arrested on January 14, 1937. Sentenced on November 25, 1937 by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces under Art. 58-1a, 58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR as a participant in an anti-Soviet organization in the NKPS to be shot with confiscation of property. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on April 11, 1956.
