Convicted by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on 03/07/1939 under Art. 58-6, 58-7, 58-8, 58-9 and 58-11 to execution with confiscation of property. Found guilty of espionage and participation in an anti-Soviet terrorist organization that allegedly existed on the railway and in the NKPS. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on August 25, 1956.
