Born in 1963 in Leninakan (now Gyumri), in Armenia. Graduated from the Literary Institute in Moscow. Since 1992 in Paris, he was a literary columnist for the Russian Thought newspaper. Author of numerous critical and journalistic articles, essays, as well as translations from Armenian poetry. Book of poems "Select". He was hit by a car in St. Petersburg, where he had to go to extend his French visa.
