Zhiltsov Vladimir Ivanovich
Genus. in 1946 in the village. Pitelino , Sasovsky district, Ryazan region; Russian; incomplete higher education. 5th year student of the Faculty of History and Philology of Gorky State University (GSU). Lived in Gorky. Arrested by the KGB in the Gorky region on June 6, 1969 “for anti-Soviet agitation” and for distributing leaflets and samizdat. Sentenced by the Gorky Regional Court on April 24, 1970 under Art. 70 Part 1 and Art. 72 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 4 years in a strict regime penal colony. Time served in Dubravlaga, Mordovia: ZHKH 385/17 (September 1970 - June 1972), ZHH 385/36 (June 1972 - November 1972), ZHKh 385/17 (November 1972 - June 1973). After release, he was under administrative supervision for 1 year. In 1980 he defended his diploma from GSU. Rehabilitated by the Supreme Court of the RSFSR on August 31, 1990. Chairman of the Commission for the Restoration of the Rights of Rehabilitated Victims of Political Repression under the Administration of the Nizhny Novgorod Region from 1994 to 2010. Died 03/01/2010.
