Born in 1901 in Borovichi, Leningrad Region; higher education - graduated from the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute. Associate Professor of the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute. Lived in Leningrad, Karpovka Embankment, Building 19, Apt. 6. Arrested on July 18, 1937, accused of being a member of the Leningrad branch of a counter-revolutionary religious-Masonic organization and engaging in counter-revolutionary activities. Sentenced on December 15, 1937 by the Special Troika of the NKVD under Articles 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in a correctional labor camp. He was released on August 17, 1947 after serving his sentence from the correctional labor camp of the Moscow Region UMVD. By the decision of the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court dated September 8, 1956, the case was dismissed due to lack of evidence of guilt.
