Zaitseva-Khorobkovskaya (Kharabkovskaya) Gita Borisovna (Gitel Berkovna)

She was born in 1893 in Nevel, Vitebsk Province; Jewish; b/n; higher education. In 1938 she lived in Leningrad, worked as a dentist in a paid Oktyabrskaya clinic. Arrested on March 26, 1938 by the NKVD as "the wife of an enemy of the people"; sentenced by the OSO under the NKVD of the USSR on April 23, 1938 to 8 years in labor camp; served in Pechorlag NKVD (Komi ASSR). By the decision of the OSO under the NKVD of the USSR of 11/01/1944, the term of punishment was changed to the one served with early release.
Before rehabilitation (until 1956) she lived in the village. Tolmachevo (101 km from Leningrad). Rehabilitated by the USSR Military Commissariat on February 25, 1956.
She died in Leningrad in 1988. She was buried at the Preobrazhensky Jewish Cemetery.
