Genus. in 1985 in the Solomninsky district of the Grodno province. He worked as a policeman in Omsk. In 1929 he was transferred to Irkutsk, where he rose to the rank of lieutenant. Member of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks since 1927. Arrested on July 13, 1937, sentenced by the Special Meeting of the NKVD on July 21, 1940 to 8 years in labor camp according to "KRTD". He was sent to Krasnoyarsk to build a refinery. He was released on January 23, 1946. After his release, he worked in Krasnoyarsk at a factory as an accountant, and in 1948 he left for Nazarovo, where he worked as head of the supply department of a cannery. On March 15, 1949, he was arrested again. By a resolution of a special meeting dated May 18, 1949, he was sentenced to exile under Art. 19-58-8,10,11. He served his sentence in the machine Verkhneimbatsk. Released on August 30, 1954. Rehabilitated on December 15, 1956 by the decision of the Presidium of the Irkutsk Regional Court.
