Genus. in 1897 in Vitebsk; Jew, member of the RSDLP since 1916. In 1922 he was arrested in Moscow and exiled to Tashkent for 1 year, then served 3 years of exile in Tyumen. In 1930 he lived in Leningrad; arrested 11/01/1930; sentenced by KOGPU on 07/23/1931 under Art. 58-4 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years in prison; released ahead of schedule on 06/10/1933, exiled to the Middle Volga region for 2 years. In 1938 he lived in Vladimir; did not work; arrested 03/04/1938; sentenced to Os under the NKVD of the USSR on 09/21/1940 to 8 years in prison; died in the camp in 1942. Rehabilitated in the case of 1930 by the Prosecutor's Office of Leningrad on 10/23/1989; in the case of 1938 - by the prosecutor's office of the Vladimir region on 30.03.1989.
