Genus. in 1898 (1899?) in the village of Savelovo, Chukhloma district, Kostroma province; Russian; member of the student youth organization of the RSDLP since 1919; higher education. In 1921 he lived in Petrograd, a student at the Pedagogical Institute, was characterized by local Chekists as an "active" party worker, "working among the peasants"; arrested on February 27, 1921 on charges of belonging to the RSDLP (m); sentenced by the Presidium of the Board of PetroGubChK on January 26, 1922 to deportation to the Obdorsk district of the Tyumen province for 1 (according to other sources - for 2) year. In April 1923 in exile in Narym, in September 1923 in Vologda and in the same year in Tyumen. In November 1924 he was arrested, returned to Leningrad, and soon transferred to Moscow. According to other sources, he was arrested in September, in October 1924 he was kept in the Butyrka prison in Moscow. In December 1925 in exile in Krasnokokshaisk. He was rehabilitated in the case of 1921 by the Prosecutor's Office of St. Petersburg on 11/15/1993.
