Genus. in 1900 (according to other sources, in 1901); member of the CPSU(b); higher education - graduated from the department of foreign trade    Institute of National Economy in 1929. He worked as an economist at the Berlin Trade Mission (1929-1930), an economist at the Soviet trade organization ARCOS in London (1930-1935), an editor at KOGIZ (1936-1937), and an inspector at the State Bank. Lived in Moscow, Kalyaevskaya st., 5, apt. 286. Arrested on November 16, 1938 in Moscow, charged under Art. 58-6, 58-7, 17-58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. Sentenced on 05/04/1939 by the visiting session of the Supreme Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces to 15 years in camps and 5 years of exile (according to other sources, to 25 years in labor camps and 5 years of disqualification). He committed suicide in exile on January 16, 1955 in the village. Mezhovo (according to other sources, in the village of Bartat) Bolshemurtinsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Rehabilitated on February 26, 1955 by the Military Collegium of the USSR Armed Forces .
