Born 05/02/1947 in the city. Penjikent in the family of an employee of the district party committee. Graduated from the Faculty of Construction of the Tajik Polytechnic Institute. From the beginning 1980s - Secretary of the Kulyab Regional Party Committee for Industry and Construction. Deputy of the Supreme Council of the TajSSR/RT (1991-1992). Chairman of the Dushanbe City Executive Committee (1985?-1992). On March 6, 1992, he was arrested with the consent of specially convened sessions of the Supreme Council and the Dushanbe Council. Died 12/23/1997.
