Born in 1897 in Simferopol, Jewish. Member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1925. Worked as a typist at the School of Propaganda under the Leningrad Regional and City Committees. For refusing to condemn her husband, an "enemy of the people", she was expelled from the party. Arrested on 20.09.1937. Sentenced by the Special Section of the NKVD of the USSR on 28.01.1938 under Article ChSIR to 8 years in a labor camp. Imprisoned in the Vorkuta-Pechora camps. Released upon completion of her term on 22.09.1945. Died in 1955 (56?). Posthumously rehabilitated in 1956. Rehabilitated in party terms on 05.03.1957.
