Kartsev Andrey (Alexey) Viktorovich
Genus. in 1909 in Libau; Russian; b/p; secondary education. Lived in Leningrad, st. Nadezhdinskaya, 11, apt. 22. Arrested on September 24, 1928 by the OGPU. He was accused of carrying out anti-Soviet agitation and having connections with the reactionary clergy. By order of the authorized representative of the OGPU PP dated November 15, 1928, the case was terminated and he was released from custody. Arrested again on December 27, 1930 by the OGPU. Accused of crimes under Art. Art. 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (was a member of the k/r monarchical organization “True”). According to the resolution of the Judicial Collegium of the OGPU dated 08.10. 1931 sentenced to 5 years in a concentration camp. Released early and sent through the OGPU checkpoint to Sevkrai for the remainder of his term. Rehabilitated on January 16, 1989.
