Accused of crimes under Art. Art. 58-10, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (was a member of the k/r monarchical organization “True”, took an active part in it). By decision of the Judicial Collegium of the OGPU dated October 8, 1931, he was sentenced to imprisonment in a concentration camp for a period of 5 years, with replacement by deportation through the OGPU checkpoint to Sevkrai for the same period. Rehabilitated on January 16, 1989.
