He was accused of being a member of an illegal church-monarchist counter-revolutionary organization and conducting active anti-Soviet agitation aimed at disrupting economic and political measures carried out by the government and at eliminating Soviet power in the Black Sea region. By decision of the Krai Political Troika at the OGPU PP dated February 27, 1930, he was sentenced to exile to the Northern Territory for 5 years. Rehabilitated in 1990 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Krasnodar Territory in accordance with the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated January 16, 1989 "On additional measures to restore justice for victims of political repression that took place between 1930-1940 and the early 1950s."
