Arrested on 10/08/1971. Sentenced by the Kyiv Regional Court on 04/26/1972 under art. 62 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR, 196 part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in prison. He served his term in Dubravlag and Perm camps.
