Convicted by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on May 18, 1938 under Articles 58-7, 58-8, part 17, 58-11 of the Criminal Code. In conclusion - in the Khabarovsk Territory, PO Box 261, 261/31, 261/75. 08/20/1940 the verdict was canceled by the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the USSR, the case was sent for further investigation, transferred to Leningrad. In connection with the outbreak of war, he was evacuated to the Zlatoust prison, where, according to eyewitnesses, he died on May 19, 1942. He was rehabilitated by the decision of the KGB for the Leningrad region of 03/08/1956.
