Kolchinsky Efim Moiseevich
Genus. in 1906 in Odessa; Jew; incomplete higher education. In 1937 he lived in the city of Stalinsk, worked as the director of an incomplete secondary school No. 2; arrested on 02/02/1937 on charges of participating in the counter-revolutionary activities of an anarchist group in the city of Dnepropetrovsk since 1926, in Magnitogorsk in 1930-1933, and in 1935 he joined an anarchist group in the city of Stalinsk, in which he took an active part in anti-Soviet propaganda among the intelligentsia; sentenced to OS under the NKVD of the USSR on 06/07/1937 (according to other sources - 04.06.) under Art. 58-10, 11 to 5 years in prison. In 1937 a prisoner of the Sevvostlag; sentenced by the Special Troika of the UNKVD for Dalstroy on 08/06/1938 to VMN; shot 08/08/1938. Rehabilitated in the case of 1935 by the Presidium of the Kemerovo Regional Court on February 11, 1958; in the 1937 case - by the Presidium of the Magadan Regional Court on 10/14/1963.
