Koshinsky Vladimir Nikolaevich

Genus. in 1883 in Kyiv; Russian; secondary education; member of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks. In 1931 he lived in Vladivostok, worked in the Far Eastern Fisheries Administration; arrested 03/12/1931; sentenced by the Troika at the OGPU PP for the DVK on 03/17/1932 under Art. 58-7 to 3 years of exile in Western Siberia. In 1933 he was an administrative exile, lived in the village of Podgorny, Chainsky district of the Tomsk region, Zapsibkrai, worked as a responsible executor for the supply of the Chainsky district special office; arrested on 05/03/1933 (according to other sources - 04/22/1933); sentenced by the Troika PP of the OGPU of the Western Siberian Territory on 07/04/1933 under Art. 58-7, 10. 11 to 10 years in prison. In 1937 a prisoner of the Sevvostlag; 09/06/1937 sentenced by the Troika at the UNKVD for Dalstroy to VMN; shot on September 22, 1937. Rehabilitated in the case of 1931 by the Military Tribunal of the Far Eastern Military District on 07/02/1958; in the case of 1933 - by the Tomsk Regional Court on 10/22/1959; in the case of 1937 - by the Presidium of the Magadan Regional Court on 06/06/1960.
