Ch. designer of the 3rd (according to other data - the 2nd) department of the Ostekhbyuro. Lived in Leningrad, st. P. Lavrova, d. 54, apt. 19.Arrested on September 24, 1930 by the LenVO OGPU. Sentenced by the Collegium of the OGPU on April 30, 1931 under Articles 58-4, 58-7, 58-11 to 5 years in labor camp. By the decision of the Collegium of the OGPU of March 14, 1932, he was released ahead of schedule from the ITL. The conviction was removed by the decision of the Presidium of the Central Executive Committee of the USSR of 21.08.1935. Rehabilitated VKVS USSR 01/20/1959. Arrested for the second time on 04/20/1937. The visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR in Leningrad on August 29, 1937 was sentenced under Art. Art. 58-7-8-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on August 29, 1937. Rehabilitated VKVS USSR 09/17/1957.
