Genus. in 1870 in Riga; Latvian; non-partisan; producer of experimental work at Research Institute No. 36. Lived in Leningrad, Barmaleeva st., 18, apt. 16. Arrested on August 11, 1930 by the Special Department of the Black Sea Naval Forces. On April 30, 1931, the OGPU board convicted under Art. Art. 58-4-7-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for 3 years of deportation to Eastern Siberia. Released early by order of the OGPU board of March 14, 1932. By a resolution of the Presidium of the Central Executive Committee of the USSR dated August 21, 1935, the conviction in this case was withdrawn. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on January 20, 1959. Arrested again on December 5, 1937 by the NKVD of the Leningrad Region. The Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor's Office of the USSR on January 10, 1938 (according to other sources - January 11, 1938) was sentenced under Art. Art. 58-6-7-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Shot in Leningrad on January 18, 1938. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad Military District on December 18, 1957.
