Genus. in 1873 in the village of Vanga-Mulya, Tsarskoye Selo district, St. Petersburg province; Finn; from peasants; b/p. Until 1917 he was engaged in agriculture, in the 1920s he served as a pastor in Moloskovitsy, Kolpany and Martyshkino. From 12/23/1923 - a member of the board of the Ingrian religious society in the village of Peryakulya, Gatchina district, from March 1927 - a candidate member of the Ingrian Supreme Church Council. In 1929-1930 he was engaged in agriculture in the village of Vanga-Lenn, Leningrad Region. In 1932-1935 - pastor of the Moloskovitskaya and Martyshkinskaya churches; in 1931-1935 member of the Finnish consistory. Arrested in 1935, exiled beyond the Urals. In 1937 he lived in the village. Verkh-Dobryanka, Dobryansky District, Sverdlovsk Region; worked as a watchman on a collective farm; arrested 08/30/1937; sentenced on September 21, 1937 to VMN with confiscation of property; shot on September 25, 1937.
