Sentenced by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on May 29, 1940 under Art. 58-7-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison with loss of rights for 5 years, with confiscation of property. Transferred on August 19, 1948 to the UMGB in Krasnoyarsk. Rehabilitated by the Military Collegium of the USSR Armed Forces.
