Belyavin Pavel Alexandrovich
Genus. 1905 in St. Petersburg. He was raised by his adoptive parents, the Nilovs. He received his primary education (4 grades) in the 1st Cadet Corps. In 1930 he graduated from the Mechanical Faculty of LPI. Worked at Gipromez, Gipromash, Rezinoproekt. Lived in Leningrad. Arrested 06/09/1937. Sentenced by the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District on October 1, 1937 on charges under Art. 58-10 part 1, 11, by 8 years of correctional labor camp. In prison he worked at OKB-172 (Leningrad, Kresty prison): designer, group leader. He was evacuated from Leningrad on July 21, 1941, together with the OKB, until the summer of 1942 - in Tomsk prison, then he worked in Molotov (Motovilikha, OKB-172). Released on June 30, 1945 after serving his sentence. At the meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on September 25, 1951, the conviction was cleared. Rehabilitated by the ruling of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated December 29, 1956. After his release, he continued to work as a civilian employee at OKB-172 as a project manager until April 1953. From April 1953 to February 1961, he was the chief designer of the project at OKB-43. Since 1961 - leading engineer at TsKB-34. Since 1971 - retired. Holder of copyright certificate for invention No. 12269.
