Genus. in 1872 in St. Petersburg; from nobles, baron; in 1897 he graduated from the Military Medical Academy and began serving as a junior doctor in the 32nd Kremenchug Infantry Regiment. in 1929 - the school health doctor of the district. Lived in Leningrad. Arrested 07/18/1929. Sentenced by the KOGPU on 12/01/1929 under Art. 58-6, 58-11 to 5 years in a concentration camp with confiscation of property. He was rehabilitated on 03/01/1958 by the VK of the USSR Armed Forces.
