Reproduction methods:

In 1922-1928 he studied at VKHUTEMAS under V.A. Favorsky, whose assistant he worked as in 1936-1940 at the Institute for Advanced Studies of Artists. Since 1928 he participated in the exhibition "Art for the Masses", "The Second All-Ukrainian Exhibition", etc. In the 1930s he was accused of formalism. After his death at the front, his works were acquired by a number of museums, including the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts.
