In 1937 he lived in Moscow, was deputy head of the Main Northern Sea Route; arrested 04.11.1937; on February 19, 1938, he was sentenced to VMN by the Supreme Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces; shot on February 19, 1938 in Moscow; burial place - Moscow region, Kommunarka. He was rehabilitated by the VK Armed Forces of the USSR in March 1956.
