Arrested again on November 24, 1930, sent to Moscow, and held in Butyrka prison; sentenced by the Kogpu on September 18, 1931 “for counter-revolutionary activities” to deportation to the Urals for 3 years, sent to work in Kuznetskstroy. He worked as the head of the design group and engineer of the rolling shop in the Glavenergiya department at the Kuznetsk Metallurgical Plant; arrested on March 18, 1933 “on suspicion of espionage”, sent to Moscow; By resolution of the Kogpu dated April 22, 1933, the case was dismissed, released from custody, and returned to work in Kuznetskstroy. In 1937 he continued to live in Stalinsk and work at KMZ. Arrested on June 28, 1937 by the Stalinist NKVD GO on charges of “being the head of the headquarters of a sabotage-insurgent organization that was preparing for an armed uprising against Soviet power.” Sentenced by the Troika UNKVD of the West Siberian Territory on 07/09/1937 under Art. 58-2, 58-4, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to the VMN. Shot on July 18, 1937. Rehabilitated in the 1937 case by the Presidium of the Kemerovo Regional Court on January 29, 1957; in the case of 1930 - in 1990.
