Geller Timofey Markovich

Genus. in 1904 in the city of Verny in the family of a craftsman; Jew; member of the RCP(b)–VKP(b) since 1923; higher education: from 1922 - student in the mechanical department of Turkestan University, in 1923 transferred to the mechanical faculty of PPI, 04/14/1930 expelled from the institute for failure to register a lecture book. He worked on the construction of an automobile plant in Nizhny Novgorod and, at the request of the chairman of the Supreme Economic Council Commission for the construction of the plant, received the title of engineer at LSMI. He studied with A.N. Tupolev under Henry Ford. In 1937 he lived in Gorky, worked as the head of the wheel shop of GAZ named after.
