Born in 1906 (according to the UFSB of St. Petersburg and the house register - in 1904) in Kharkov, Jewish, no registration, incomplete higher education. Until 1936 - head of the design bureau of the Volkhov aluminum plant. In 1937 he lived in Leningrad (Socialisticheskaya St., 10, apt. 12), worked as a senior engineer at the All-Russian Research Institute of the Peat Industry. Arrested on 14.03.1937. Sentenced by the Military Commission of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 25.08.1937 under Art. 58-8-9-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Executed on 25.08.1937. Rehabilitated by the Military Commission of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 27.06.1957.
