Student of the Communist Academy, employee of the Leningrad Regional Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks), then director of the Agricultural Institute. Lived in Leningrad (10 Tchaikovsky St., Apt. 64). Arrested no later than 23.09.1937.
